Corrections

I do my very best to create error-free designs, but any mistakes and corrections will be listed here.

3, 4, 5 Always Strive – correction for 5-yard Sashing instructions
Instruction #3b should read “Subcut (49) 4″ x 10 1/2″ sashings”

Big Sister pattern – correction to cutting for Fabric A:
Cut (6) 2.5″ x WOF strips instead of (7). You may need to cut an additional short strip from the remainder of a 6.5″ strip to reach length for borders.

Fabric B (sashings, border, and flying geese):
(7) 2.5″ x WOF strips, subcut:

Cutting Corrections:

Fabric A & B cutting: pattern should say “cut (32) 8.5″ x 2.5” rectangles instead of (16).
Fabric C cutting: cut (8) 2.5″ x WOF strips, subcut (128) 2.5″ squares. Do not cut 1.5″ border from this fabric.
Fabric D: cut 2.5″ and 5.5″ squares as direction, change to borders:
cut (6) 1.5″ x WOF strips and (7) 2″ x WOF strips
Fabric E: cut (4) 2.5″ squares from excess of 3″ strips

Sewing corrections:

Fabric C 2.5″ border: cut (4) 2.5″ x 48.5″ borders, attach Fabric E 2.5″ squares to ends of 2 borders.
Fabric D: piece 1.5″ x WOF strips together along short edges to make one long strip. Cut (2) 1.5″ x 56.5″ and (2) 1.5″ x 54.5″ strips.
Piece Fabric D 2″ x WOF strips together along short edges to make one long strip. Cut (2) 2″ x 64.5″ and (2) 2″ x 63.5″ strips.

Focus pattern – correction to cutting for borders:
Fabric C: instead of 5.5″ strips, cut (6) 4.5″ strips for borders. The borders should then be cut (2) 4.5″ x 52.5″ and (2) 4.5″ x 58″.

Hard Candy pattern – correction to fabric yardage:
White fabric: Twin Size requires 1 3/8 yard, Queen Size requires 2 yards.

Wednesday Pattern – correction to cutting:
From both Black and Tan fabric, cut (8) 5″ strips instead of (7). Make (8) strip sets of Black and Tan fabrics.
There will not be (2) extra Blue and Brown strips, all 16 are needed. Make (8) strip sets of Blue and Brown fabrics. You will make (31) Blue & Brown blocks, not (32).
